Client Project: Market Sizing & Opportunity Location Analysis
We recently completed a project to help a current small business owner evaluate a new business prospect and the logistics of where to operate in the Richmond Hill area. Our team spent 2 weeks doing in depth market research on surrounding areas taking into account the number of competitiors, potential customers, and costs to narrow down a top 3 list of locations to potentially open. To further our analysis, we reached out to competitors, evaluated their operational capacities and limits, and used market and regional statistics to determine the potential market size available for a new entrant. From there we found potential rental locations and spaces to fit our client's needs and budget. This led us to presenting our client with 2 final locations that would be best to open their new business venture based off detailed research, analysis, and market sizing.
